These terms govern the provision of EV charger quotation and installation services provided by Chargeflow (A division of Livena Group Ltd) and our certified installation partners.

Quotation and Pricing
2.1. The Free Home Survey: The completion of our online form entitles you to a Free Home Survey. This survey is necessary for our electrician to accurately assess your property's electrical setup and cable route.
2.2. Fixed Price Guarantee: Following the survey, we will provide you with a Fixed-Price Installation Quote. This price is guaranteed to include the chosen charger (Zappi, BG, or EVEC) and all standard materials needed to complete the installation.
2.3. Quote Acceptance: A signed or digitally approved copy of the final quotation is required before any work can commence.

4.1. Workmanship: All installation work is carried out by our certified partner, Konig Electrical Solutions. They are certified to relevant UK standards (e.g., ECS and NAPIT).
4.2. Site Access and Time: Tradesmen will be on site daily between 8:00 hrs – 17:00 hrs. The fixed quote allows for one site visit for installation.
4.3. Exclusions: The fixed quote does not include the cost of parking. Any necessary parking costs will be added to the final invoice.
4.4. Warranty: Chargers come with a standard 3-year manufacturer's warranty. Details of the workmanship warranty are provided in the final quote.
